With over 20 years of coaching experience, Richard brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and expertise to every athlete and team he works with. Having coached across both team and individual sports, Richard has worked with players and athletes from U8 level right through to senior GAA, as well as at international level in athletics.
Holding a MSc in Applied Sports Coaching , Richard combines evidence-based approaches with practical experience to help athletes perform at their best. His coaching philosophy centres on creating positive, athlete-focused environments that promote learning, development, and a lifelong enjoyment of sport.
